Mark originally came out to do the inspection for an estimate and he itemized how much it was for the flooring install, baseboard install and remove and re-setting of the bathroom toilet. Everything was up front and straight forward. A few days after the installation, Mark stopped back to caulk the toilet base and a few areas of baseboard, very professional and prompt service.
